- Member codes. Each paid order over A$0 (after discounts) earns one A$3 member code. Codes are issued 14 days after the order, are valid for 12 months, and are cancelled if the order is refunded.
- Using member codes. Member codes apply to digital guides and Site Suitability Assessments only. Up to 5 codes in total can be used on one order.
- Swapping codes. 10 member codes can be swapped for a digital guide with our compliments, A$30 off an assessment, or one A$10 printed-guide code. If you take the printed option, the remaining A$20 stays yours to use on digital guides.
- Assessment reward. Each paid assessment earns a A$30 code for any digital guide or A$30 off your next assessment. Prefer a printed guide? Ask us and we'll swap it for the A$10 printed-guide code.
- Printed guides. Rewards on a printed guide are limited to one A$10 code, which can't be combined with other codes.
- Strategic Partners. Partners receive 20% off digital guides. Printed guides are at full price.
- Advisor client codes. Each Advisor has a named client code. Clients save 10% on guides (digital and printed) and Site Suitability Assessments. The code can't be combined with other codes. Advisors may use their own code or buy on a client's behalf.
- Advisor credit. Advisors on a paid plan earn credit of 10% of paid orders made with their code, after the 14-day hold. Credit can be cashed in at any time as a code for digital guides or assessments, or as one A$10 printed-guide code, with any balance kept. Advisors on a complimentary seat don't earn credit; their clients still get the 10% saving.
- Referrals. When a new member names you as their referrer on the member registration form, you earn one A$3 referral code after their first paid order over A$0 (after discounts). It's issued once the 14-day hold has passed, provided the order hasn't been refunded or cancelled. Referral codes follow the same rules as member codes and count towards a 10-code swap. Each new member earns one referral code only. Self-referrals don't qualify, and no code is issued if we can't match the referrer from the details given. Members referred by an Advisor use that Advisor's client code instead. Referrals by Strategic Partners don't earn a reward at this time.
- Subscriptions. Rewards and codes can't be used on subscriptions or membership plans.
