Nicholas Dexter

Based in Bulawayo, I have experience strengthening community livelihoods across Southern Africa. A former commercial farmer and ostrich producer, I combine agricultural knowledge with project management, partner capacity building and government engagement. In Mozambique, I led vermicomposting, cassava processing and private sector initiatives around protected areas. My recent work includes regenerative agriculture, organic coffee production and soil restoring intercrops. I have contributed to successful donor proposals and managed projects with budgets ranging from $3–16 million, alongside monitoring, evaluation and training materials. Networks include government, businesses, donors, research institutions and universities.
